Oily water

Water contaminated with petroleum, lubricants, hydraulic fluid, or other oils from maintenance, industrial, automotive, or cleanup activities.

Do not discharge oily water to a drain or mix it into a used-oil tank without approval; the water content and contaminants affect treatment and transport.
