Hand sanitizer

An alcohol-based or otherwise antimicrobial product used for hand hygiene that may require special handling when expired, recalled, contaminated, or present in bulk.

Bulk sanitizer can be flammable and should not be poured into drains or placed in a standard dumpster without confirming the product and receiving requirements.
